The Grand Organ of the Cathedral in Strasbourg, France is situated in one of the Naves of the Church in a place called the Swallow's Nest. It is not as ornate as some organs of the period, but none the less is still a beautiful musical instrument.
At the bottom of the organ is Samson, riding a Lion. On the wall to the left and right are puppets that were controlled by the organist to assist in keeping the congregation on their toes during the service. And some say they were used to insult the speaker as well.
I love to photograph the world that I live in...be it at home in my own backyard or during my travels. I also enjoy manipulating photographs to create works of art that allow me to share memories of places I have been.
